Effective August 18, 2026. This notice explains how DealForge handles information submitted through dealforgeusa.com and related business communications.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, company information, website addresses, business needs, provider capabilities, capacity information, communications, source pages, referral information, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
Information is used to evaluate inquiries, identify potential solutions or provider matches, communicate about a request, maintain relationship records, protect against abuse, improve DealForge operations, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Business relationship data
Information submitted in a company inquiry or provider application may be reviewed within the DealForge operating system. DealForge does not treat an application or inquiry as permission to publicly disclose confidential information or represent a party to another organization without an appropriate business basis and any required approval.
Google Workspace
DealForge uses Google Workspace services for authorized business operations, which may include Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar, and Apps Script. Access is limited to authorized users and governed by business need.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support business operations or with a prospective business counterparty when necessary to evaluate or execute an authorized connection. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.
Retention and security
Records are retained for legitimate business, relationship protection, audit, security, legal, and operational purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction, deletion, or limitation of certain information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping obligations. You may also opt out of marketing communication at any time.
